Exceptional Service

Today we do not get people that goes the extra mile to assist those in need. People give you the bare minimum assistance and therefore when one receives exceptional service we need to take the time to acknowledge the good work done.

I first met Mr Evaton David, working at your offices (Master of Western Cape High Court) in 2017 and ever since that day he has been helpful directing me with the estate of my Late mother and father. I would call him sometimes with stupid questions and he would always take the time to assist.

He has a strong work ethic and is very friendly , he also offers his help and has an positive attitude. Not a lot of employees have that rare traits especially not in government entities. They just give you the information and off you should go.

I hope you pass this message to him and appreciate the work he does, it is because of people like Mr Davids that we have hope that South Africa service can be great.
