Disappointed

Started a job in November 2021 estimating to complete within a month. The project is still not complete in May 2022. Whenever I call, a "We are coming tomorrow" response is constant. The director/Manager no longer answers my calls after promising to finish the job in 5 days in January 2022 after the December closure in the complex where I live.
