Unfair Charges on wrong parts I was supp****

Ordered Parts for my vehicle thry sent me the wrong parts.After returning the parts they said I had tampered with the items.Long story short I opened the box infront of the delivery guy and he refused to take them back I called supplier and they sent a courier 6 days later to collect the parts.After a month I recieved a refund of half my money when in true fact they sent me the wrong parts and still charged me for delivery and collection and for the box which arrived opened at my premises.This co sucks and I would def recoomend nobody buy from this company.Master Parts should be Master *******
