Rude behaviour with zero telephonic s****s

Absolutely terrible telephonic manners from the Parts and sales division. After trying to get through three previous times I finally get someone who put the phone down in my ear. I tried to explain to him the car is not with me so I cannot give him the engine number. He responded "just get me the engine number and we won't have a problem" then he dropped the phone. Useless *****, your guys must try that in person, I would've put him flat on the floor. I would'nt recommend you guys to anyone.
