Ringing Nightmare

MasterParts Kenilworth and Bellville ARE THE WORST Masterparts i ever tried calling.

They never answer their phones!!!!!!!!! the phone rings 6 times without answer before it puts you in the never ending queue.

you sit there on the phone like an idiot waiting for someone to answer but nothing.

I had to call Brackenfell branch to query a part and they answered instantly. Then they had to tell me if Bellville and Kenilworth have stock

Then i called Kenilworth again, and i sat in that disgustingly long queue for 45min!!!!!! and then i gave up.

How do you expect to do business??? Being busy is not an excuse

Bellville Use to have guys at the back that strictly answered calls and gave you quotes. looks like the taken that away

Pathetic service to say the least.

you should remove you contact numbers and replace it with, " ONLY Store line Available"

Of only Goldwagen had all the parts i needed!!! all it takes is a whatsapp and i get a quote and parts booked out
