Replacement

I bought a Valeo Concentric slave cylinder at Master Parts for my Chevrolet which was R1600. The cylinder was faulty and i took it back to Master Parts Bellville they told me I can't replace it!!! And i will have to buy a new one. This is unacceptable it's not like I broke it and I cant afford just to buy a new one, it will be a R1600 going down the drain! Can you please tell me where can I inquiry this complaint because Master Part bellville refuse to assist and it's been a week now
