PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I just got off the phone with a salesman at Masterparts. He really needs to work on his telephone s****s and manners when speaking to clients. He sounds extremely arrogant and entitled. He was not at all willing to assist, sounded very disinterested, and eagerly put the phone down before I had even properly ended my sentence. Pathetic customer service and clearly LIONEL is in need of customer service training.
