Masterparts Umgeni Road... Always terrible service

MasterParts Durban is a No No for me. Whenever you go, staff is very arrogant. Even the manager does not even want to listen to you, always sides with the staff. I went to Master Parts Durban and asked for a Part. I waited for more than 30Mins while other people have come through, collected there parts and left. When i enquired with the Salesman, he asked me to be patient as they are busy doing delivery intake. When i questioned him about people coming in after me already picked up there delivery and left, i was asked to be patient as there are busy. About 2 months i had a simi**** issue, and when i asked to speak to the manager, the manager said we need to be patient as there staff is busy. How can the staff pick and choose there clients. Clients come after us, place there order, collect and leave and when we question it, says we must wait.

Why cant the Durban, umgeni branch learn from the excellent service from Pinetown.

My Personal opinion is, i rather pay more from Goldwagon, SDMS or even township spares when the pinetown branch has no stock, but will never support Master Parts Durban Umgeni Road again.

i have spoken to all my friends from the E30/E46 and Opel owners club, who said they will now take there business else where.
