Masterparts supp**** wrong spares

Gave the salesman the make model engine code and year of the vehicle as he requested and he provided the spares which cost 3600rand..took the spares to a reputable fitment centre that fitted it as we thought the salesman at masterparts supp**** us the correct parts . Then car starts making a terrible noise while driving as soon as we leave the fitment centre..took the car back to the fitment centre and they checked and everything was ok visualy then took the car to another fitment centre for a suspension check which they took hours to do as they went over the suspension back to front Every part and found nothing wrong meaning all bushes etc under are good..took the car to a few private mechanics aswel just in hope maybe someone could find the problem..then we find that the wrong parts were supp**** by masterparts. Shocks were for a newer spec model which is the reason why the car is bottoming out on any dip or bump on the road. This could have cost us thousands in damages if the actual steering rack or suspension broke due to this issue..also we are out of money for fitment and alignment and suspension checks all because masterparts supp**** us with the wrong parts.
