Masterparts Pathetic service

I bought a part from them valued at R2000 put the part in car, part was faulty. I proceeded to take it back Not asking for for a refund but a new part.,They gave a refund form filled it in they said will they will see what they can do. The white arrogant manager with the attitude problem treated me like I stole the part and wanted my money so did his salesman Pathetic,unproffesional Basic *** service wont spend my money there again.Head office should not bother to comment as I phoned them and they said sort it out amongst yourselves **** service from from both sides. Dont recommend -5 stars
