Masterparts Durban

I recently had to source a windscreen wiper arm for my Polo, and had unbelievably good service from Masterparts Durban. They actually collected the broken part from me (in Hillcrest), and searched high and low, even contacting other companies, to find the correct part for me! I work in a service industry, and prize good customer service, but this experience REALLY impressed me!
