MASTERPARTS BELLVILLE, DISGUSTING SERVICE!

Unfortunately I can't generalize but there is one sales assistant at MASTER PARTS BELLVILLE with absolutely no manners. He has the worst attitude, speaks to you like you owe him something and as if you're a child. This guy threw the phone down while I was still speaking to him. I've seen a few reviews mentioning this person at the BELLVILLE branch and clearly nothing is being done to correct this disgusting behavior. If HR/management sees all these reviews/complaints why isn't anything being done? If you're looking the other way you have a serious problem.
