Masterparts belleville very misleading

I called this company to ask for part ,they said they have it in stock ,I then travelled with so much money. When I got there they said they have the part I waited for another 30 min ,all to find out with all the wait and travel they dont have the part and made me wait again for another 20 min to get a refund I have had such a bad experience and feel so mislead by masterparts belleville very disappointed
