Working with people who clearly have a huge inability or aptitude on how to look up parts to assist the CUSTOMER yes, the customer that actually keeps your business running only to waste their time by not actually having the necessary part which was reiterated twice for clarity by the CUSTOMER & told that a part is available. Arriving after traveling 30 minutes to collect the said part only to be told - 'that part is not available on the system'. Shop Manager and Mark, please, try and do your job and stop wasting your CUSTOMER'S time....you're useless!!!!!!!
