Master Parts Bellville

I bought a bearing for me front left wheel at master parts bellville in december 2017. January 2018 the new bearing is completely wore out. I took my fault back to the shop. They said they can't help me. They want the bearing back before they can check. How do i drive my car there to show them the bearing? This is pathetic service!
