Disgusting service from Masterparts Bellville

I placed and order for a flat pan K&N filter for my Toyota Auris D4D in July. I paid a deposit and was told by a guy named Pierre that my filter would arrive within 3-6 weeks from the day I placed the order. It's the 5th of December today and the only answers I've gotten from Pierre is that "the filter didn't arrive" when I asked what could be done as a 2nd option he rep**** with "nothing we just have to wait so be patient" and he hung up the phone.

I am utterly disgusted by the way this was handled by Pierre and when I requested a manager the phone was hung up as well. I am a regular customer at Masterparts and I know many other people who also purchase parts there and all of them have had similar experiences.
