Disappointment service

Wrong timing belt supp**** as per Masterparts Cape Town due to their system that is indicating the wrong belt for the right vehicle. They were the only company that had stock, but their system was wrong, I am from PE and due to them suppling me incorrect my vehicle has to stand for more than 3 days because of the courier they use. Not happy at all and to refund me they first need the wrong belt returned, but I had to pay upfront for the correct belt, very disappointed in them.
