********* Service

I hate to be the one to lay a complain however one of your branches (Durban, Umgeni Road) showed no remorse for their ********* service.

On the 9th of March 2020 I had called in to this branch to find out about availability and spoke to Pradeep and he advised there is a Aisin brand Clutch kit in stock, So i advised him to keep one for me which he did make note off.

When I got to the store approximately 16:00 I informed the Sales person of this (Cant remember his name), he proceeded to conclude the Sale, I did ask him questions around the product and how the quality was and stuff and at no point I was informed any different, he then proceeded to check the quantity of the Aisin box and Sale was done.

I checked the product as well but just as glance as I was rushing to get back to work however I just wanted to make sure all parts were there.

When I get home and decided to have a proper look at the Product, I noticed that the brand Valeo was on the clutch both parts, this was really upsetting to me as I felt cheated/****med.

The only thing Aisin was a small tube of grease and the box.

I took the Valeo kit back to the Store this morning and I was highly irate, I went back to the Sales guy who served me, he had a face full of guilt and just said he will call the Manger.

The Manager (Tyrone, I think) came to me and tried to justify that I was sold the correct item by telling me Aisin and Valeo are almost like the same company and Aisin provides Valeo parts if Aisin is not available.

I have done some research on the internet even before purchasing and I know this is not the case.

He then changed his tune by saying we have given you the Valeo because we have included the Clutch Fork which does not come with the Valeo kit.

At no time at the point of Sale was I notified of this.

The Manager felt no remorse for a unsatisfied Customer as I told him I had to drive an extra 30km at my expense due to their ********* behavior, he did not even try to apologize, they could not compensate me in anyway all he offered was a refund with no apology.
