bad service

I called master parts ask them to plz keep me a part ready as i dont have much time and coming from a distance and if they can book me the part out. I will past them in the next 25min. When i came there no one booked the part out and they told me to go stand at the back of the line and i told them i dont have time and we only passing by and i am driving with other people thats why i called them and ask if they can plz book out the part and if i can just pay and pick up and they say its fine. When i got there they told me to go stand in the line. So then i could'nt get the part as i was only taking a lift with ppl that passes to go pick up my part and they where in a hurry. A waist of my time, airtime and fuel to take a lift. Was so angry. Dont think some of that ppl know what the words in a hurry means. Thanks
