Bad delivery experience with an attitude

Today was an absolute wow from Masterparts Bellville. I am currently in the process of redoing my car and obviously I have no transportation to get to your store. I always order and have my parts delivered. Today your service was shocking pathetic and I am disgusted! Your driver delivers my part and chooses to park in the front of the building where he has to pay he has an option to use our delivery parking which he did not use. Not having change I asked him do you have in a joke as I always tip he says you want change but I have to pay for your parking and your parts sing and get done and I'll make sure we never deliver to this address again!!! This is how you treat your loyal customers I will make sure to never buy from your stores again!!!!!
