Awesome service

My car recently broke down, I drive a Fiat Palio EL 1.2. Now parts for these cars are hard to find. I started phoning around and searching on the internet for the specific part. However most of the spare shop says either one of the following: 1. Can't find the part (neither new or secondhand, 2. Or the part they have is to expensive, then with courier costs added it even gets more expensive.

In desperation one evening I searched the internet again, I found a website called Masterparts Automotive Parts Supply, being very sceptic, I decide to contact them via email, sending them all relevant info, thinking they would not even reply, like most places do. However, the very next day I got a reply, with a great price. A few days later, late in the afternoon, I sent them an email requesting to buy the part, that same evening the person I have spoken to the whole time, rep**** from his cellphone, after hours, that he will be sending me the relevant information needed by me to make a payment. Needless to say the following morning payment was made and the day after payment I got the part, delivered to my home address.

I would like to thank the staff from Masterparts, Audrin Naicker; from the Durban branch; also, his support staff whom I don't know by name, just because I never spoke to them directly.
