Unsubcribed but you still deducted money

I have emailed your support, I even left messages on the app, but NO response. I cancelled my subscription the beginning of July, and back then it said my trial ends August. 31 July, you guys deducted money from my bank account. I want my money back. You are *******, even checking the steps to cancel that you provide is false.
