TERRIBLE SERVICE. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

<p>I phoned Master Keys in Durban Road, Bellville on 30/11/2016 regarding a bent car key. I explained in detail what was wrong. The manageress the placed me on hold and I spoke to the locksmith. He explained that it will cost me R350 max. I went today and their tune changed completely. They said that they did not speak to me telephonically. The locksmith said that it will cost me R450 minimum as I did not give the correct information to them telephonically (already contradicting the previous statement). Furthermore, he said that if he charges me only R350 and the key works, it will be good for me, but if it doesn't work, it will not be on him. After I left, without anything being resolved, I came back to work. I drew the call and all the facts were on the recording, as stated above. I then phoned the manageress again. The locksmith phoned back with a terrible attitude. I told him about the recording. He then stated that I "the conversation is over". I've never experienced such terrible customer service - a phrase that is not synonymous with this business.</p>
