Poor services given by Master Keys Bellvile

On 8/05/2018 I phoned Master Keys in Bellville to get a quote on a new key card for a Renault Scenic . I spoke to Niel and he gave me a price of R 2000.00 . I asked him if he can better the price seeing that it was for elderly people . he gave me a better price of a R 1500.00 for the new card key . On the morning of the 29/05/2018 I phoned him again to confirm the price for the new key and it was still the same . The 2 ladies who went to Master keys got there at 11h 30 . I phoned them at 13h00 and nothing was done to the car yet . I immediately phoned Niel and asked him what was going on which he rep**** on that he had to send the card away to town to get fixed. WHAT AN *********** CHOP !

BE AWARE OF THE PEOPLE AT MASTER KEYS BELLVILLE .They are very un organized and CAN NOT do a proper job , send the parts of to town to get fixed for R 450.00 and then charges me a R 1500.00 for a repaired key card after the original agreement was for a new card

In my life I will never send anybody to them for work after this experience today.

Facts : 1. They quoted R 1500..00 for a new card key 2. They then send the old key to Gerrod of Key Boutique in Cape Town to get the card repaired at the cost of R 450.00 3 . They made the lady , a pensioner aged 68 , wait 4 and a half hours for her vehicle 4. Master keys STILL charged R 1500.00 for a repaired key although they quoted this for a new card key TOTALLY ********* ,********* ,*********** PEOPLE . BE AWARE AND INFORMED AND LET ALL YOUR FRIENDS KNOW . MASTER KEYS BELLVILLE STAY AWAY FROM THEM
