Most ATROCIOUS customer service

Never ever have I EVER in my life experienced appalling customer service and apathy like I have from Master keys (Cape Town). So I purchased a home key on Monday 15.01.2018 and was given the wrong key, however I purchased the correct key in Goodwood Mall because I was in need of the key before coming back to work today 17.01.2018. The shop assistant did not want to give me a refund of my money and told me that he will first need to speak to the Manager who's unavailable and that I should've phoned them the Monday to say it's the wrong key...What the hell? I mean here I'm giving you the receipt with the key back & still I don't get my money. I had to leave the my receipt and the key behind and was asked to return tomorrow 18.01.2018 to get my money back after telling him that it's my 1st day back today and that I won't be able to come back tomorrow due to my work load!!!!!!!!! I am now exasperated. Shame on you Master Keys. It's due to you customer care consultant giving the rest a bad name.
