Faulty lock installed with poor quality service

They installed a lock and provided keys that could pass right through the lock made my BBD or whatever they are called. This lock has broken twice in the last week. They said, after the first visit. Oh its fine. And then it breaks again. Now the locksmith can't come until 3pm this afternoon. Trapping me inside my own house for another whole day. The worst service and goods ever!!
