Masterguard fabric protection

Filed a claim with kerry-anne Prinsloo’s concerning the stains and discolouration on my couches and I feel they are rejecting my claim based on the fact that my warranty is ending in two weeks time.

They also claim the fabric material is suede and they don’t recommend using masterguard on suede.funny part is that my couches are not even suede. Request they send someone to do the inspection and they send juan Kruger who claimed the fabric to be suede that is worn out. My couches are not suede and they are only 3 years old how can they be worn out so quickly? I hardly ever have visitors and the the annoying part is that most of all my couches are not suede.

They are affiliated with stores that are selling their product while they are not knowledgeable about the product they are selling ( at least this is what I got from their response).
