Refuse to payback my money.

<p>In October 2016 i contacted Master Grade IT to do a cousre with them I spoke to a sales person who sold me a course which i was supposed to do at the 31 Qctonber 2016. A week before the course i was contaced by the sales person Phillip Manger who told me that the cousre was pospond because there was not enough people. I agreed with that and the course was pospond to the 14th October 2016. Again i received a call from phillip who said the cousrse was pospond again, i was not happy with it but i agreed to the other date. In this time i kept on postponing my leave dates with my employer because they kept on postponing the couse dates. Phillip than called me to inform matter the conpany that is paying for the other people doing the course want to do the course on the 5 Dec 2016 which i could not do because my employer had already submitted everyones scheduled leave for December. I informed phillip and he said there is nothing that he can do. I asked him to do a refund on the R6500.00 that i paid. The funds that i had to take out a loan for that i am still paying. Phillip said i should request it in writing which i did they told me that it would take a month for a response as they need to submit it to the board to decide. After a month i called to request feedback and my refund. Phillip refused to speak to me he kept dropping the phone in my ear. I than asked to speak to his manager Amanda which at first she skope to me than started doing the same thing phillip did by being rude and dropping the phone in my ear. This company is refusing to give my money back its been almost a year that i have been asking fighting to get my money back. I even went as far as asking them to do other courses with them all they said is they will get beck to me when they have information . I cannot go on like this i am a single mother trying to better my life than you get institutions like Master Grade IT that takes advantage of struggling people. They might get a kick out of playing with peoples lives but it was never funny as what in going through being in debt for something i have never used. I lost me job because they refused to refund my money to do a course at a other institution. Master Grade IT has destroyed my life and still refuses to pay my money back.
