A disaster

Worst training experience ever. The trainer seemed unprepared. There was no agenda for the day and no logical progression of topics. None of the equipment worked properly and we wasted so much time waiting for the trainer to get something to work. Our manual arrived 2 weeks after the course was completed. A disaster. I complained from the first day and no change was affected. No money was returned. Terrible experience.
