Appaling service

I'm having the same issues with Wentzel. he naaged ne in December to accept his business. he seemed to be a professional man, and seemed to be the experience. first day of work he didn't pitch and he told me that his carpenter was sick. a few day later he pitched up however he only works for 2 hours and he leaves. he doesn't have a stable starting working ..he comes at 12pm or 1pm and leaves. my carbinets are only sprayed coated on one side (the outside) and not in the inside and not the frames. he didn't pitch up the whole week this week, he told me that his car is broken down.he doesn't respond to his messages. his work is pathetic and appalling.
