Worst Experience ever

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with MasterDoors. The owner Jannie Engelbrecht was not only unprofessional but downright rude throughout our interactions. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with dismissive and condescending responses.

To make matters worse, the quality of their work was absolutely appalling. The finished product was far from what was promised—poor craftsmanship, uneven finishes, and clear signs of rushed or careless work. I expected a professional outcome, but instead, I am left with a subpar result that will likely require costly repairs or replacement.

I would strongly advise anyone considering MasterDoors to look elsewhere. The combination of terrible customer service and shoddy workmanship makes this company a complete disappointment.
