Lifetime Warranty??? Ja Sure???

I had an issue with a Mastercraft Garage Creeper wheel and searched all over for a replacement wheel. Unable to find one I then used the Mastercraft website enquiry.<br> <br> Xoliswa Dali informed that Mastercraft Tools have a lifetime warranty and I should take my creeper to Builders or Makro. I dropped it off on 5 January at Builders Strubens Valley.<br> <br> Builders has phoned me 3 or 4 times to tell me they are still waiting for feedback. C'mon - just send me my product back and I will use it as it is, better than not having this product when I want to use it.
