Never take your car to Mastercraft Autobody (South Beach) for repairs.

I took my car for a dent repair on the rear door after being advised by Nedbank Insurance. Everything was working perfectly fine except for the dent that had to be fixed. I got numerous calls from car tracker to say that my battery was tempered with, of which that is when I think they replaced my battery with a faulty one.

Come the day I had to collect the car, the engine was no longer starting due to the faulty battery, they put an old battery with acid residues on the surface. When asked about it, they denied everything.

I asked Nedbank Insurance to intervene but they were of no assistance.

I had to buy a new battery after being ****med of my battery by Mastercraft Autobody.

Furthermore, the driver's door is now making a strange sound when being closed.
