Be Vigilant when leaving your car at MasterCraft Autobody!!!!!!

This is just an awareness to the public mostly to people in KZN -Durban.My car had a small dent on the left hand side bumper through my insurance King Price it was booked to be repaired at Mastercraft Autobondy in South Beach Durban.

1.The dent was repaired but the car came back with lots of problem,When I picked up my car the water pipe was damaged,Every 5 km when driving the car i had to fill up water,took it back and it was fixed but still i have to fill up water everymorning when i go to work and every afternoon.

2.When i left my car for repairs my aircondition was working perctly well but when i picked up my car the aircon was not working,I noticed the that the condenser was changed and i was surprised why the condenser was changed i Assumed that maybe they wanted to claim more from the insurance.When i told them that my aircon is not working they told me that the Compressor is damaged and i have to fix it myself.When they were changing the condenser they damaged the water system and the compressor but they dont want to take responsibilty for that.

I have decided that i will fix my car but i just want to warn everyone that might be thinking of taking their cars to Mastercraft Autobody in Durban to be very careful.You may leave your car in a good condition but you might find yourself fixing a lot that is damaged by them while they fix your car.Be Vigilant!!!
