Please help

Please help I trying to trace the company Mastercook they were debiting money from account as I took a cookware with them but no delivery was made and I have finished paying them... Their number doesn't work when you try to call them but when you try to write an email to them we get this email response.

When you call this gentleman he is saying he does not work there anymore but now the problem they took R8000 from me now I'm less interested in their products I want my money back.
