Unprofessionalism at its best

I bought a second hand polo on february 2024, the car came with bidvest warranty,immediately the car started having problems and it was eventually taken to some automechanic which was suggested by the manager and i asked the manager to atleast give me a car while we await fixing the polo he unapologetically told me it is not his fault i must refer my issue to the sales executive mxm the level of unprofessionalism i got was so disturbing, the salesman after u sign the contract he is no where to be found u must beg for his availability Am very much disappointed with this branch
