Master cars

I have bought a 2018 polo vivo at master cars gezina in march 2019 from Goodwill Ratema,I was never given my spare given a spare key.I have sent him emails and He is ignoring my call and whatsapp texts,now I have lost my key and they don't really care coz they made a sale.I am really disapointed about the bad service I have received.
