Wonderful after hours service
Discovered late on Friday afternoon I had a problem with my microwave. Sent an email after hours. Got an immediate response from Bruce Rabie, General Manager. He promised to send someone out on Saturday morning to sort out my problem! What fantastic customer care from top management!
