How can you quote R3137.50 to repair a microwave that costs R2600 brand new???

After assessing your unit, three components were identified as needing replacement. In line with our policy, all parts are sourced directly from our approved suppliers and are original, new components, we do not use refurbished or second-hand parts.
In this instance, the cost of the required parts, together with the repair, unfortunately exceeds the price of a new unit. While we always aim to provide cost-effective repair solutions, the pricing of parts is determined by our suppliers, and this is not something we have control over. Similarly, retail pricing of new appliances falls outside of our scope.
We do understand that this can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our intention is always to provide transparent and accurate assessments so that you can make an informed decision.
