Warning don't ever use their services they are Useless

Useless in every sense of the word. The worst service you will ever come across. They never repaired any of my appliances and when I send them my written notice they surprise me with terms and conditions that they never sent or notified me of. They also sent me emails and calls saying my repair has been completed when it never was done ever. They are ****** who just want to take people's money. The ladies in their call Centre are *********** and obviously have no idea what they are doing. I will be taking it to the highest level.
