Waiting 5 weeks for repair.

I have been waiting 5 weeks for Mastercare to fix my deep-freeze..They say they are waiting for spares.<br> I was at Defy and that part is available<br> No one comes back to you to explain what is happening.<br> What a poor reflection of Mastercare.
