Very dissatisfied ex client

Very disappointed in the treatment and attitude received from them after being a loyal supporter but needing to cancel my contract and yet they still deducted funds from my bank account. I would advise anyone who cancels their contract with them too take the time and go to their bank and put a watch on this company who comes with all kinds of excuses about withdrawing funds after cancelation and then categorically states they will not refund me. I gave them the opportunity too prove their allegations that I had a second contract with them and too date have not heard another word. When phoning and choosing option 3 the phone is inevitably cut off and choosing a different option and requesting the account department leads too the same result. I would definitely not recommend their services and warn all existing contact holders too beware as they do not want too assist you and their services are very poor of late.
