Unsatisfied please avoid

Extremely unhappy with service.

My broken tumble dryer is with mastercare for almost a year. They tried to repair it but had a lot of missing parts and seals the first time. I send it back for repairs a second time and I'm still waiting. To get hold of them is always an issue. Yesterday when I tried to follow up on the repairs the lady informed me that the work was canceled and could not give me a reason why.

Please avoid this company. Utterly useless and a waist of money.
