Unprofessional customer services
MastetCare is a totall unprofessional and unorganizes company. After logging a claim on a broken appliance and a cmplain to the policy holding company MastetCare respond only 48hours later. They are unable to schedule a proper appointment. They phone you an hour before they will be at your premises. Defnitley not a company i can rely on

What you have raised is deeply disappointing to us as we are putting in massive strides to up our level of service. We will investigate what broke in the process and learn from this. Can one of our managers call you to discuss the matter further please?
