The speaker is not 100% functional
Good day, after I've received my speakers is playing but still have some issues. 1. The LED light is not reflecting on front of the speaker. 2. When I plug on the charger I can't even see if is charging or see the level of battery capacity. 3. It can't even play low bass frequency. And when I try to contact the person who was working on the speaker for questioning the person is forever unavailable and doesn't even come back to me.
