Thank you so much for the speedy professional service that I have received from Mastercare. Last week Friday my fridge stopped working and i logged a service request with mastercare. A friendly agent contacted me and advised that a technician will be coming out throughout the morning. Around 2 hours later a gentleman was at my door to attend to my service call. Within an hour, my fridge was repaired and working again. Thank you
