Still waiting.......

<p>I logged my bosch washing machine for repairs on 24/10/2016.</p> <p>I am still waiting for my machine.! When i am enquiring regarding process i get standard "waiting for parts, will take 4 to 6 weeks". When enquiring what turn around time is for jobs , I do not get a reply. It has been 3 1/2 months .... I have requested a loan machine, they reply it is not part of my contract... </p> <p>When following up I get curt reply .</p> <p> </p> <p>Trying to escalate the complaint goes no where.</p> <p> </p> <p>wow, your service leaves my speachless and washing machine-less :(</p>
