Stay away from Mastercare

I have been waiting 2 months for my Candy washing to be repaired. Melba and Nico are never available, out taking lunch or some story like that. Apparently they have ordered a part from Candy and have not received an ETA (in 2 months). I have had to spend money washing my laundry at the Laundromat which has been a great inconvenience. I do not know why Makro continues to work with this company, absolutely disgusting customer service.
