SPARE PARTS!!!

Our TV was collected for repair in December 2015. It is now mid March 2016 and we are still waiting for our TV. I have phoned The repair company a few times but the only answer I get is that they are waiting for the part from Mastercare! I get the same response from Mastercare when I have phoned them and Head Office responded to my email by asking me for my husbands cell number and we haven't heard another word!!
