repairs to washing machine

My name is Mr M A Moodley. I have a contract with early bird. I have been complaing about my washing machine no working properly the came home to check and asked to do a tub clean which I did and the problem did not go away. I called the second tym and he came again n told me the sensor in the was blocked, he said he cleaned it but the problem is still there.
